Lizl from Bou Pilates will discuss everything related to mobility and Functional movement. During this session, with her background in biokinetics, she will get into how to move effectively with movements that are safe and efficient when you are putting together your workout routine. She will also touch on the importance of these movements being included in your routine and the benefits they have for you long-term. This session will be a hands-on that will involve your participation, so don't forget your fitness gear!
