Join Chef Maureen from Vida & Nourish as she leads you through an interactive experience at a local grocery store, Fosters Caymana Bay. You’ll be educated on how to read labels correctly and how to shop to meet your budget requirements, and also provide healthy meals for yourself and your family's needs. Her talented team will prepare a healthy meal for you to take home after your informational session.
