Fitness Classes

With instructors offering a range of experience and specialties, we can provide safe strength training, Pilates, yoga, and cardio-focused exercise classes. These classes are exclusively available to Enterprise members at no cost.

Bump Protocol

Specialized Personal Training rotating Series. The classes are approximately 45 minutes.

The Mom Method Prenatal Pilates is a low-impact, mindful movement practice & a proactive approach to movement through each trimester. You’ll learn safe and effective pilates moves and breath-work to optimize your core and pelvic floor in pregnancy, connect with your breath (& baby!) in preparation for birth + pre-hab your recovery. These classes tend to fill up; pre-registration is required in advance.

POSTNATAL PILATES

The Mom Method Postnatal Pilates is a fun, safe & beneficial practice to restore your core and pelvic floor postpartum. Ideal for v-birth and c-birth recovery, you’ll learn the safest, most effective & progressive moves to heal abdominal separation and improve pelvic floor dysfunction, strengthen your core, ease aches and pains and improve your posture. A proactive approach between recovery and your regular exercise routine. we recommend you start this class 4 weeks post v-birth or 6 weeks post c-birth.  Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea after class. Babies are always welcome!
